The Hawaii State Open was established in 1920 as the ultimate golf championship for professionals and amateurs in Hawaii, with the purpose of determining the best golfer in the islands. The Pro-Am, on Thursday, December 11th, format is a 2-Best Net Aggregate with a shotgun beginning promptly at 10:00AM on the South Course. The championship 54-hole stroke play event December 12-14, has four divisions: Men’s Open, Men’s Senior Open, Women’s Open, and Men’s A-Flight.
