The public is invited to watch as the world’s best surfers take on the beautiful big waves that make the North Shore of Oahu so infamous. From November 12 – December 20, the Vans Triple Crown delivers a series of three Men’s events that features everything from surfing and competition to a full-scope waste management program, live broadcast, merchandise sales and more. While witnessing the action from the beach is an IMAX theatre-like experience, keep in mind that the best seat in the house is often times your OWN house, since the World Surf League (WSL) produces one of the most engaging and wide-reaching live broadcasts in the sports industry. With over 1 million fans tuning in last year, you can expect the 2016 Vans Triple Crown to be even more exciting as Hawaii cheers on their first World Champion contender in over a decade – North Shore’s John John Florence.
The three Men’s Pro Surfing event series includes:
Hawaiian Pro: November 12-23 at Haleiwa Alii Beach Park
Vans World Cup of Surfing: November 24–December 6 at Sunset Beach
Billabong Pipe Masters: December 8 – 20 at Pipeline
